Where do I start.... I will try to make my book short. There are so many incredible things to say about Simone! We had a real estate agent back out of showing us property because it was snowing. We drove around and Simone was holding an open house. I said, that is someone with tenacity! We walked up a huge hill where we met Simone and from that day forward she was the most kind, knowledgeable, intelligent, responsive, and thorough real estate agent we could ever ask for from start to finish. Even on the first house, we put an offer in. We went through all the inspections and it fell out. Not due to Simone, but due to the house. Simone never gave up and she found us the absolute perfect house! Not once did she ever have an attitude or show frustration of any kind through any of the transactions.
