My husband and I were looking for a realtor who could sell our house in this chaotic market as we were on a tight timeline and she over delivered on our expectations. Melissa is incredibly kind and responsive. I don’t know how she manages to reply so quickly to everything but she truly has her clients as top priority at all times. She gave us realistic expectations about a selling timeline, advised us on staging and other things necessary to sell the home, she used top notch photographers, and wrote up a listing that made our house a must see. Sure enough, our house sold within the exact timeline Melissa estimated and the entire process was incredibly easy and professional. Melissa has two degrees in psychology and journalism making her the ultimate saleswoman and realtor to make magic happen! Its bittersweet to be leaving our beautiful oasis here in San Diego, but were so grateful to Melissa for making the selling process so easy and supportive. My husband and I both endorse and recommend Melissa and her team to anyone in San Diego area.

I cannot say enough great things about Melissa! I was extremely nervous about the home-buying process, but she guided me thoughtfully every step of the way. She answered all of my MANY questions with patience and grace. At one point on my journey, I had entered into contract on a property, but my gut told me that it just wasn't "right." I felt awful exiting the process at that point, after Melissa had worked so hard with the seller to get me there -- but Melissa was kind and encouraging, wanting only the best, happiest purchase for me. There was NONE of the judgment or criticism that I imagined there would be; we simply picked up again where we left off. A few months later, we found my dream home. I might not even have seen it if not for Melissa's tenacity, discipline, and encouragement! Melissa has the energy, drive, and dedication to this field that few others have. On the very rare occasion that Melissa was not available to show me a home, she made sure that Laura was able to do so in her stead. We chose Melissa as our realtor after a friend recommended her, and we are so happy we did. Being that we were moving from across the country and on a tight timeline due to expecting a baby, we knew we needed someone who could handle working under pressure.
