TLDR; Randy is efficient, transparent, reliable and always have his clients best interest in mind. He had helped me bought my first property at a very good price. You cannot go wrong with him. --- I wanted to tour a house awhile back, so a real estate developer friend recommended Randy to me. At first I didn't know what to expect. Randy showed up, already learned about the history of the house, why the owner's selling, what's with the tenant situation. This man did his homework and he didn't waste anyone's time. I was already impressed. We toured another house together. I really liked it but it's asking for a price above my budget. Somehow, I don't know how, Randy was able to negotiate it down to a price that I can afford and get our offer was accepted. But oh boy, buying this house was way more complicated than I thought. It has all the issues that you could possibly think of: the seller wants to close another escrow at the same time, the property comes with tenants, I had a hard time finding insurance... Randy sort them through with me patiently and collaboratively. The house felt impossible to close but Randy and his team took care of the troubles for me! Today, I own the house! Randy deserves all the stars in the world!
