Maria Richards did an absolutely fantastic job helping my family relocate from the San Francisco Bay Area to La Quinta! It was a delight to work with her through the entire process. From the moment we shared our search criteria with her to the moment she handed us the keys to our new home, Maria was full of compassion, drive, and professionalism. Maria always offered to go “the extra mile” for us. When we couldn’t be in the area, she did everything for us from overseeing inspection + contractor estimates – to – measuring the dimensions of rooms – to – unlocking gates to transition utilities. She was also very flexible around our busy schedules, talking us through important decisions late at night and on weekends. On the financial side, Maria was an excellent negotiator and able to get us our dream home 5% under the asking price with the home having at least 2 other offers. As an engineer, I appreciated how Maria looked into the value of homes at levels deeper that square footage. I trusted her completely once she shared how she did valuations. We are a young couple taking a big leap, but Maria always put our best interests ahead of business. She gave us honest advice about different neighborhoods, craftsmanship of the homes, seasonal culture, and recommended the best places to eat! We are lucky to have Maria in our lives, and you will not regret hiring Maria Richards!
