Tony is the Network King! When it comes to finding a good real estate agent, it’s important that they are entrenched in the real estate network in your areas of interest. Tony is always networking to discover, not only homes on the MLS, but also pocket listings and homes that are coming soon. His network is not exclusive to real estate agents alone, but includes builders, investors, out of state buyers, and sellers, etc. When you’re a buyer in a hot market, you want an agent that has the inside scoop because they understand the importance of networking with other agents, buyers, sellers, etc. Real estate is a business of relationships, and Tony is the “Network King”. We had excellent experience worked with Tony, as our buyer’s agent. He understood our needs and only show us the desired listing. We are at a low inventories period and we were able to locate and close a purchase which is not easy. We were able to close the Purchase quickly and he made great recommendations for our purchase order.
