This was the fourth house we have bought and David was by far the best realtor we have had. Excellent communicator, so thorough and detail oriented. We were moving from out of state and he looked at numerous houses for us, arranged video calls and set up as many viable showings as we could fit in when my husband flew out. He is knowledgeable, helpful, and resourceful. There was a gap of time between when we closed and when we moved out, and David helped us arrange getting our carpets replaced and would even pick up any mail that came for us and sent it to us. We still reach out to him to ask for recommendations when getting anything done on the house because he has so many good resources. Highly, highly recommend him!
