Carol and Ray managed my property for 10 years, so part of the negative was my unfound loyalty and giving them the benefit of the doubt for so long. -First off, our shed was locked was not part of the rental property, yet it was somehow accessed and our tools were stolen. -Second, we have been trying to sell the house since 2016, but we held off since we would be under. The only real option would be a short sale. -When we saw the photos of the house and yard after we switched to Vaughn Realty, the yard looked awful. We were paid for lawn service while the house was rented. But they must have been servicing another lawn. I take part of that blame. When the market got hot in 2021, there was no proactiveness on their part to get the property sold. We finally switched to Carole Vaughn (-highly recommended) to manage and sell our property. Carole Vaughn and her team were professional and had the property sold quickly with hardly any issues. She also saved us from having to pay capital gains tax. In short, avoid Carol Wilson. There are much better property managers out there.
