We first met Omar around 2021 when he was going door to door introducing himself and handing out his business card. My wife and I were not ready to purchase a home at the time, but Omar stayed in touch. Now I understand why Omar has such high reviews. We just closed on a home with him. Omar is a real estate professional that is incredibly hands on. He is isn't afraid to have tough conversations that as a client, helps you feel protected. This property had a tricky situation with a solar loan. As it turns out, the loan was larger than expected and he know exactly how to approach this to create an outcome that worked for everyone. Also he is transparent and straightforward.
