Fantastic realtor. Howard has helped me numerous times and goes way beyond the call of duty. Tries to do the best job possible to help me rent my place and put it in the best shape possible. Highly recommended! Howard really cares, and it gets harder and harder to find such a helpful and trustworthy person these days. I cannot thank Howard enough for all his help!

Never dealt with such an unprofessional person. We sent our applications and paid fee after that he went MIA no response for text nor call. Even if we got denied he shouldn’t have ignore us like that (btw both of us have a great credit 770&800). Avoid this guys at any cost!!
