I am a local realtor and purchased my home here where I have resided since 2014. This is a well managed community with friendly neighbors. If you want to feel like you are on a permanent vacation this is the place to be! There are lots of planned events, activities and too many amenities to mention here.

Better known as "Del Webb" this is a well designed community for the 55+ folks. Very beautiful and peaceful it's self contained (minus a market) for those who don't want to deal with the hustle and bustle of the city. Amenities galore, clubhouse, restaurant, pool, etc, etc. It's a great place for retirement living. The homes are well designed with the elderly in mind. I'm a Realtor so I've seen the floor plans {quite roomy). Great neighborhood 👍🏻

Solera Diamond Valley is a great place to live, fantastic neighbors, and many activities to participate in. Our clubhouse is fantastic, truly resort living in a retirement community.
