I found his online process highly convenient in this competitive market. We were able to locate homes, schedule walk throughs and put in offers promptly. More than anything, I was impressed at Naveed’s ability to communicate and negotiate with the sellers agent in a professional manner. At every point in the transaction, Naveed kept our interests and needs top of mind.

Do not work with Naveed Kajani as your realtor or as a property manager. He rented my stepmother's home to me, which happened to be next door to him, and during the two years that I lived in the residence attempted to kick me out numerous times so that he could sell the house for a commission. There are fourteen videos of him being a wannabe real estate influencer inside the home while he was “trying” to sell it (no, he was not authorized to do so). The problem here was that he had already had from July 2023 to January 2024 to sell the house, but failed. He focused on one candidate, a single mom with kids, as his sole prospect, and the deal did not go through. My stepmother told me last year that she did not believe he could sell the house due to his forgetfulness and execution style. Naveed lives with the chaos of several kids in his home, so he is more than forgetful, but that is not his only flaw. He lied and told the property owner that the house was fine when indeed it was not. He let the front and the backyard grow into a jungle for over a year, which invited critters and spiders into the home. It got so bad to the point where I could not use my outdoor furniture anymore without bites. He lied to the property owner about this numerous times, and when I sent photos, she burst out crying. The HOA sent many letters and fined her several times. We were the trash house of the neighborhood, and none of our neighbors trusted him afterwards. Several houses in the neighborhood sold without his help after his failed advertising. He “fixed” our downstairs toilet with a zip tie. When I showed him photos to fix it, he did not for over three weeks until I took matters into my own hands. I had to have that toilet replaced myself and was never reimbursed for it. My garbage disposal broke three times, and each time, he sent suspicious Craigslist men in unmarked vehicles to fix it. The last time it broke from this cheap labor, he left me with a broken garbage disposal for three months until I finally moved out. They left mold from rainstorms on the ceiling for two years. He illegally kicked out my emotional support animal. The list goes on and on. On our first lease renewal, he said they would be selling the house, but when I cross-referenced this with the property owner, she told me that was not true. He has no problem lying about random details. Was I the perfect tenant? God no. Did I deserve to be neglected and put through the emotional distress that he put me through? Also, no. Naveed bought his house and added so many repairs to it that the loan is bigger than his ego. He acted out of desperation to save himself and still was unable to do so. He is a desperate, greedy liar. I have every single photo to prove it and hundreds of text messages to prove unnecessary emotional distress. The property owner warned me that she was selling the house before Naveed because she was fed up with working with him. He has no leadership qualities and is quick to take a shortcut. Work with him if you want a lawsuit on your hands later.
