In DFW you can find a realtor faster than you can find gas or coffee. But a really good realtor- someone who can learn their clients, has patience and intuition, and cares deeply about getting the best for their buyers- that’s not really common. Joe is far and above the best realtor we’ve ever worked with, and between us we’ve been buying and selling homes for three decades. His savvy during the process combined with a deep knowledge of housing trends and his commitment to understand our family’s needs were made the entire process a genuine pleasure. My roommate and I lucked into finding Joe when we inquired about one of his listings during our house hunt. We were at the frustrating point of not finding anything and losing hope but Joe stepped in and completely changed that for us. He was SO patient and listened to our long list of requests.
