***BE AWARE*** THEY ARE HUGEEEE SCAMMERS JAMES SUAREZ & ROXANE SUAREZ This FAMILY Realtors AGENCY booked one of our vacation properties about a year ago. Everything went smoothly until they attempted to cancel their stay with no reason contacting AIRBNB. They've explained to them that based on terms there was no any refund and According to our cancellation policy and Airbnb's terms, they were not entitled to a full refund. Instead of accepting the outcome or come for a normal stay, they filed a FAKE chargeback through American Express in an attempt to recover funds they were not entitled to. This caused significant financial damage to our business with ZERO respect of terms. Because of this, we have retained legal counsel and are pursuing the matter through the appropriate legal channels. We believe disputes should be resolved according to the agreed terms and through the proper process, not by bypassing them with a FAKE chargeback and have another rearon to be called SCAMMER. Based on our experience, we CANNOT recommend doing business with them. We encourage others to carefully review all AGREEMENTS and protect THEMSELVES when entering into transactions with them especially in Luxury Property Sales & Rentals. BASED ON OUR EXPERIENCE THEY CAN EASILY GET YOUR MONEY OUT OF YOUR POCKET IN TRICKY WAYS as they did with us with no right to make it. For us in unaccaptable this practise and we have multiple times tried to ask them and respect the TERMS & CONDITIONS of services. STAY AWAY FROM THEM and i'll post updates
