Teresa is the best agent anyone can ask for whether it’s your first rodeo or second in our experience she went above and beyond , we sold and purchased and the transition from selling was amazing, experience shows with Teresa, she takes her time to explain the process , the good and the ugly of this emotional rollercoaster but she is there holding your hand each bump or smooth slate on the way to achieve the task at hand. With such an emphasis on “I am your advocate” and professionalism there is no doubt in my mind she is the best. When purchasing our home we experienced many issues with the other party but Teresa was able to tackle the issues head on and guide us thru to assure the issues were resolved.
