You cannot see how good an agent is until the transaction is not going smooth. In a real estate transaction, there are many people involved and different parties. At no fault of Manny, I listed a property with him and the buyers team was difficult to work with along with over asking for anything they could possibly squeeze me for. Manny always kept his cool and highly professional. He also personally researched all vendors for repairs and arranged services at the lowest price.
