We were out of the country for a period and he was personally making sure everything was on schedule and taken care of. Even on a small issue found during the inspection of our garage, he facilitated the resolution of it, with us being far away. The communication has always been crystal clear and he was ready to answer any questions, so that we felt comfortable with our decisions. He also put together a super nice team that supported us up until the closing of escrow. We definitely recommend having him on your side if you either are selling, or purchasing a house.
