Working with Ed and his team was a great experience. One of the smoothest escrows I’ve had in a long time! Communication was excellent from start to finish, everyone stayed on top of details, and most importantly—we closed on time. Funny story: I had taken the key out of the Supra and put it in a combo lockbox for the appraiser. Ed stopped by with his clients and was calling me trying to find the key. I gave him the combo…then he called right back asking how to open the lockbox! I had to walk him through it—“turn right, then left…” 😂 It definitely gave me a laugh. Great team, great communication, and a smooth transaction all around. I’d absolutely work with Ed again.
