His name is on the side of a warehouse on 25th street and Compton Ave., his client throws parties every Saturday that disturbs the neighbors. Pretty horrible tenants. We have tried contacting his company but get blocked. Horrible company.

Refinance process can be very stressful but their loan team was always staying proactive and was persistent so that we were able to refinance our loan in timely manner.

I'm investing in a flip on Kim Real Estate. I'm advertising only high-yield properties on YouTube, and all the flips I've invested so far have gone without a profit and I couldn't recover the principal. At least one case I paid $700 to cover the loss. Most importantly, the way you work is a problem. Recruiting investors and talking to the staff in charge of them is harder than picking stars in the sky. I have a serious question about who can trust and invest in big money.
