When my wife and I decided to buy a home this year, we had met or spoken with several agents, including Jasmine. We hadn't yet even decided on an agent when she offered to show us around to several homes in Corona. She had a casual but professional style, un-pushy but knowledgeable of the real estate market. She made us feel at home and welcomed to call her for anything, large or small. We decided that she was the agent for us. She ultimately brought us to our dream home in Sycamore Creek, where we put an offer in and it was accepted. As the lender approval dragged on and got very stressful, she remained quite calm and reassuring throughout the entire process. Through no fault of Jasmine, our lender closing was disastrous and stressful, and we leaned heavily on Jasmine for guidance, questions and support. She didn't falter at all and I'm glad because my wife and I were at our wit's end and about to throw in the towel. With her assistance, we made it through to the end and was able to cross the threshold to our new home. I was very nervous about the home buying process as it's been nearly 20 years since I last bought a home, but I'm glad we had Jasmine as our agent to guide us through such a convoluted process.
