David took the stress of selling our house completely away. Him and his team understood the stresses that my family and I faced and handled everything while keeping us informed and giving us a voice. Also, the staging company he works with is amazing. They were able to see and enhance the beauty of our home. Finally, David’s contractor is the best in the business. David is a work horse. He earns every extra penny he charges, and makes sure you get taken care of too. He LISTENS and is upfront. I very much enjoyed working with David to help me sell my home. Selling is stressful and can require so much work, but he always came by with a smile, ready to work. With my family adjusting to the idea of relocation because of my husband’s new job (requiring him to be gone 4 days of the week until we move), David was there if I needed and made sure to take care of every last detail. From helping with moving stuff into the garage to being here with every visit and wiping down the house now with these covid times. He is a strong communicator and is always ready for your questions.
