My wife and I purchased the home we had been renting for years. Frank and Mariana walked us through the entire process. Frank explained in detail everything that was about to happen before it even happened. We were nervous and a little scared going into this purchase but Franks availability, encouragement and honesty put us at ease and got us through the process from beginning to end. This guy is legit and genuine and very trustworthy. And as for Mariana, all I can say is she’s amazing. She went above and beyond with extreme patient and a genuine commitment to the process for us. Marina was patient and made us feel comfortable with any questions we had and always kept us informed, she made herself available to us at all costs. She explained everything so that we (first time buyer) would understand. It felt like we were treated as family.
