Gabe was our mortgage broker. He spoke in understandable terms but was obviously very experienced at what he was doing. His support began well before we actually started looking for a house, explaining what lenders would be looking for in our particular situation (self-employed). The timing of everything that happened was like a dance and between everyone who was involved in buying/selling our house, he was the only one who never misstepped. Not only was he timely and communicative, we ALWAYS felt like he was the only one really in our corner. The sellers wanted to sell, our realtor wanted to close, the escrow company was doing okay but let things fall through the cracks here and there. Gabe advised us through everything as if our money was his own personal money he was protecting from risk. This made it easy for us to trust his advice and expertise. He was on our side from beginning to end and I'm really glad he was with us through that complicated process! If you choose Gabe as your broker, I know you won't regret it.
