Chad was amazing in making me feel comfortable when I still lived back in New York. He even previewed the homes I liked as soon as they came on the market with FaceTime! He incorporates a ton of technology. His site has all the properties on the market for me to see the minute they become available. His knowledge of the area was extensive and made me feel comfortable in my purchase. He successfully negotiated down the purchase price. I was lucky to get a gorgeous gated community, Murrieta view home when there was very little inventory against other competing offers. I strongly recommend him to any buyer or seller. His knowledge as a broker reminds me of strong brokers back in NY!
