With Patrick's negotiating skills he was able to secure the property for the buyers where there were multiple offers. Everyone was so happy until they did the inspection. The property had many issues that the seller was not willing to address or fix. Patrick canceled the deal and found a property that was a perfect fit for the buyers just down the street that closed in 13 days. The listing agent didn't believe he could perform in that time line and actually teased that he expected an extension on the timeframe, but Patrick knows what he is doing and the deal was closed in 13 days.
