We've known Tom for years and he's helped us buy and sell many homes. Not only is Tom a pleasure to work with, but he always gives his real opinion and sound counsel. He's not afraid to have hard conversations and fight for his clients. He's passionate about what he does and works really hard to ensure his clients get exactly what they want (or as close as possible). He always lives on the bright-side and that perspective is critical during any house hunt or selling process. I can't imagine working with any other agent - you just can't go wrong with Tom.

My husband & I met Tom through an open house. We weren't necessarily looking at the time but we liked Tom's approach and remained in contact. About a year after originally meeting him, we decided to sell a beach property and purchase a home with a bit more space; Tom immediately came to mind. First up was selling our beach property which happened seamlessly. I’ve honestly never experienced such a smooth sale! Next up was finding our “forever” home. Neither my husband or I grew up in San Diego so land and relative proximity to the beach were top priority. Not easy to say the least! Tom quickly found a home that we fell in love with…but it didn’t come easily. The sellers and our family were a bit apart on price. This is where Tom’s power of negotiation came in. He was able to work with the sellers and my family to reach a place that we could both agree to. Forever grateful to Tom for all the assistance and helping our family find our forever home!

Buying your first home can be stressful and overwhelming in any situation but is especially so in such a competitive marketplace like San Diego where properties stay on the market for a day a week and rarely longer.  Tom's experience in this competitive environment along with his ability to explain the steps necessary put us in a position to capitalize on our first home!  A home we love and are so thankful for!! Tom not only made this possible but he made this process fun and enjoyable when most people find it stressful and overwhelming. I can't recommend Tom highly enough!
