Veronica was recommended by a friend and as soon as I reached out to her through instagram she responded right away. She referred us to a lender and once we got pre approved we met up with her and got to house shopping. As first time home buyers we had so many questions that may have seemed overwhelming but Veronica was one message away and always answered our questions without hesitation. She is an amazing realtor that alongside her team takes care of all their clients. I will definitely be recommending her to family and friends.

We met and she gave us a detailed presentation on the service she offered and what she would do for us, since we would be out of state for the process. We met again and she gave another detailed presentation on comparable properties and a price range for us with a suggested price but allowing us to make the decision. Veronica kept us informed as we went through the process. we had a couple minor things come up and she offered and completed these items so we did not have to return to Washington.She kept us informed as we went and if we had a question was willing to discuss it and come to an agreement. We had absolute trust in her during the entire process. We enjoyed working with Veronica and would highly recommend her to anyone wishing to sell their property, wether they are in state or out of state during the sale.
