I was very satisfied with the job Razi Farzad from Re/Max Masters did selling a home for us. Our sale was a trust sale of our mother’s home of over 70 years. During the first few days, she helped us find a company to conduct an estate sale, clear out unwanted personal property, and get the home cleaned and ready for showing. She listed the home at the appropriate price based upon very comparable sales of other homes in the area, and she provided thoughtful advice regarding the offers we received on the home. We had a rather short escrow period of 30 days. Where I though Razi really stood out was her close attention to every detail during the short escrow period. She made sure all of the necessary paperwork, such as title information, disclosures, escrow instructions, and other document were completed within a day or two after we reached a sales agreement with the buyers. She left no loose ends that would hold up the progress. Nothing was overlooked by her. I am convinced this close attention to every detail was the reason our sale close without any delay to the original closing date. I highly recommend Razi Farzad – she is an experienced professional!
