I think this is extremely important information. Mr. Bremmer participated in a fraudulent sale of my 89-year-old mother‘s home. He knew that she wasn’t signing the sale. The signature is fake. I have all the documents to prove it. I have reached out to Mr. Bremmer on multiple occasions via phone via text and via email to explain how he was able to do a sale of my mother‘s house without her signature and she was in another state we have asked for a copy of the sale of the home. He will not provide it to us we have asked for a copy of the breakdown of the closing cost. He refuses to provide it to us. He had been manipulating my mother for years. I have all of the text messages between them. My mother’s house was a $3.8 million home he sold it for 3.3 I am reporting him to the Realtor board state of California. I have tried To report him to his office, they will not answer the phone. I have all the proof and documentation of the fraudulent sale and we are missing the money from the sale. He worked in cahoots with my brother in this illegal sale my brother, who is a fiduciary himself so beware beware and watch out for the elderly because this man has a way of manipulating. You may think this is not true, but you feel free to reach out to me. I have all of the evidence to support my claims of what this so-called big-time Realtor has done.
