Talechia won us a lovely house in a very desirable neighborhood. If it was not for her, I highly doubt we would have been the proud owners of a home that we love. We were relocating to San Diego and therefore especially grateful for Talechia’s deep knowledge of the area and for her keen awareness of new houses coming on the market. We have purchased our house and also sold after many years later when we were overseas with Talechia!
