We had the pleasure of meeting Liz when we purchased our first home. We were lucky to have her represent us as the buyers and hold our hands the entire process. She is so trustworthy and made it so easy. It was an extra bonus that she was also our new neighbor and future friend. She humored us when on a whim we went to an open house for a dream home we never thought was possible. She helped us pull numbers and do research for the potential hypothetical offer. Liz’s expertise and quick advice gave us the confidence to move forward and try. We made an offer on our dream home, and it was accepted. We could not have done it without her. Selling and buying a home simultaneously can be a very stressful process, but we felt at ease the entire time with Liz knowing she was keeping everything on track and keeping us well informed. She always had our best interests in mind. She was always kind and responsive to any late evening texts and questions. It is very bittersweet. We miss our beautiful first home and wonderful neighbors, but we are very excited for our new chapter and the memories we will make. Liz is truly the best; we couldn't recommend her more.

I highly recommend Liz Romero!!! Liz helped me sell my father's home after his passing and she did a wonderful job! She has so many admirable qualities, among them, she's extremely organized and efficient. I was especially impressed that within ten minutes of signing with her, she'd scheduled her handyman, cleaners, and stagers, and within a few days, the house was ready to list. The offers soon came in and Liz took plenty of time to walk me through the intricacies of each. She's an excellent teacher and I trusted and valued her opinions and advise. Perhaps what I appreciated most, though, was the kindness, friendliness, and good humor with which Liz did her job. She was a joy to work with and that made what could've been an overwhelmingly sad and difficult experience a positive one. I'm forever grateful for that.
