Holmes and Burrell sold my home during a buyers market. I had a great relationship with both Jason and Arun. They were available 7 days a week and extremely responsive. While it took longer than expected and we had to reduce our selling price, they were with me every step of the way. They were honest with market conditions and were candid about changes that we could make that would improve our chances of selling. They provided access to their network of high quality contractors (shout out to Ruben!), landscapers, and staging professionals. Jason is the best real estate agent we've dealt with, hands down. Super responsive and helpful at every stage of the process - even after close. Can't thank him enough for everything he's done!
