Kenny is a unicorn of real estate - an incredibly knowledgable professional with genuine consideration for his clients' best interests. Before we were ready to buy, during the home search, and even now 3 months after moving into our dream home , Kenny has been the most dedicated and genuinely caring professional. We started working with Kenny a full year before we were really ready to buy, and never did he try to pressure us to dive in ahead of our timeline. Over that year he regularly sent us properties to look at as research to help us understand the market and more closely narrow down our target neighborhood. When we began hunting in earnest he was able to bring his immense experience and important insight to open houses. Getting outbid on several homes started to make us lower our expectations but Kenny wouldn't let us settle, and we are now in our actual dream home. Also Kenny still regularly calls to check in to make sure everything in our home is living up to expectations. I mentioned we were having a problem with the home warranty company and he was right on it. I can't recommend Kenny enough, especially if you're a first-time home buyer, he is a trusted thought partner and guide, not just a salesman.

Up to this point, Kenny has helped me purchase two properties and sell one. He's been great at both ends, giving me honest advice and negotiating for my benefit with all of his expertise. Kenny always has his client's best interests at heart. With the house that we just bought, we got a great deal at less than market value. And with the condo we sold, we sold at over asking. He's always ready to answer a text or phone call and makes the selling and buying process easy. I wouldn't trust anyone else.
