Josh and his team did a terrific job in helping me to sell my mom’s house after she passed. As I lived out of town, it was critical to find an experienced team who had access to all the many resources necessary. Josh was able to get cleaning teams, painters, estate sale folks, house stagers, escrow agents and a few others lined up. All were professionals and terrific. As usual, at certain times we had to adjust as the deal morphed. Josh had good advised helped deal with the buyers agents and made sure things kept moving along. In the end it was a great deal, handled professionally and I would highly recommend Josh and his team to anyone needing an excellent realtor, especially if you are dealing with estates and the complexity of a trust. Josh was doing work for me even before I hired him to sell my uncle's house. He was the first person to call me and boy I'm so glad he did. He made the stress of selling a home under probate so easy! He explained what was going to happen in such great detail. He meet with me at my convenience and went over the process. I had a great feeling about him, that it wasn't even a question in who I wanted to help me. So I had him help. He had the house sold in less then a day in a half and over asking.
