Just a few words about my recent experience on selling my home in Alpine, Ca. I needed someone with plenty of experience selling a unique house on a beautiful parcel of land- almost eleven acres. Fortunately, I found Amy Saflar who works with Caldwell Banker. She came highly recommended by a friend of mine who was in the business, but has since retired. It's a very emotional undertaking selling a house which has so many memories. However, I was ready and I knew after talking with Amy at length, that I was ready and knew she would be the best person to represent me. She is sharp, extremely knowledgeable, and will guide you through any obstacles that seem unsurmountable at the time. Amy never takes shortcuts, always professional, but listens closely to her clients to best represent them as what they hope to accomplish.
