To Whom it May Concern, The following thoughts are being provided to speak to the excellent job performed by The Parra Team in listing and selling my Condominium in Escondido, CA. When I first met Mr. Parra back in November to consider listing my condo for sale, Parra provided a great first impression by arriving on time and prepared - speaking knowledgeably regarding Condo property values in North County and having specific knowledge of the market in Escondido. He provided a useful property market analysis for the property with estimates of property list-ability and sale-ability. We toured the condo together and he provided may helpful suggestions about listing the property. After being selected to list my property, Harvey worked diligently to prepare and activate the listing. and his staff conducted some open houses immediately and we were rewarded with a high level of interest and numerous offers within a weeks time. Let me say that the offers were higher than I expected for the property but within Harvey's price target for the property. During the escrow process, Harvey was diligent and regular with his communication to me, the out-of-town/state seller. He handled the inspections and made arrangements with local and trusted professionals to make needed cosmetic and electrical repairs. He handled negotiations with the buyer's realtor with confidence and integrity. I would highly recommend The Parra's services if you are looking for a realtor to sell your property. My family and I live in Vancouver BC Canada and fell in love with San Diego after I expanded my business to Southern California so we decided to buy a property there and found the perfect spot in Hillcrest. Unfortunately we didnt get down there as much as we would have liked so decided to contact The Parra team to market it for us. We were concerned as were not in the city during the process. We need not have worried as Harvey and Melody were amazing and kept us informed every step of the way.
