Melinda and her team just helped me sell my mothers home after she passed away. I live in a different state and Melinda and her team were exceptional. I interviewed several agents before selecting Melinda and her team. Although there were many qualified agents, I had complete confidence in the Elmer team, that they would be able to work with me living so far away. The team went above and beyond in making sure all inspections, repairs, etc were handled without me having to travel. Melinda and her team were a pleasure to work with from start to finish.
