Willie is a very patient and knowledgeable realtor. From start to finish, I definitely felt like I was in great hands. He is always on time and is very professional. You can tell after one conversation that he knows his stuff. I would advise future clients to bring Willie along to each open house. As a first time home owner he really laid out each step of the home buying process. During escrow, he is very transparent and checks up on me everyday. Any questions I asked, he would address and follows up on tasks asked of him. The condo I ended up purchasing hit a snag in the loan department due to new rules about balconies in an HOA. Willie took action and really fought for me to prove to the loan company that the condo was warrantable. He used all of his connections to really make the deal work in favor of the client. I am forever grateful for his resilience in the matter, and i have no regrets purchasing this home. Lastly, Willie is very personable and has a great optimistic personality. We were interested in looking at cabins in the local mountains and reached out to Willie Peterson - a realtor whom we had met a couple of times through good friends of ours. We met Willie at a local coffee shop, and he came bearing printouts of options in a price point I had mentioned, and containing some of my "needs" (a deck, some seclusion and pine trees.) He explained pros and cons to each type of purchase. Over the next month my husband and I stalked places online and finally made appts to go view cabins. Willie walked us through the properties and pointed things out that were good and maybe not so good. We ended up putting in an offer on a cabin residing on Forestry Service land. There are a lot of rules to be followed with FS land "recreational use" cabins and Willie helped us navigate the unknown territory. He was available by phone call, text and email. Willie's team kept us informed of progress and what was needing to be done and when in regards to financing and escrow.
