Raquel was absolutely wonderful to work with throughout the entire home-buying process. She was patient, knowledgeable, and always willing to help whenever questions or issues came up. What really stood out to me was how much she genuinely cared. She went above and beyond to make sure things were taken care of, including helping resolve a plumbing issue right before closing, arranging for a plumber, and even helping with the home warranty. She also surprised us with thoughtful housewarming gifts, which meant a lot. Buying a home can be stressful, but Raquel made the process much easier and always made me feel like I had someone in my corner. Raquel is the best property manager I have had. As a property owner who lives a great distance from my property I needed a manager who would be able to take care of my investment. Raquel does just that. She is very detail oriented and stays on top of everything. A simple text or phone call to keep me in the loop of what she is doing or what she might need. Raquel Davalos, I can’t say enough good things about her! She went above and beyond for us. I am caretaker for my elderly parents and when my mother sadly passed, my father decided he wanted to sell the house and downsize. It wasn’t an easy thing to do not only because of the global pandemic, but it was a very difficult thing sentimentally, but we hired Raquel and she listened exactly to what my dad wanted and was very patient, kind and respectful. She stayed in good communication with us, keeping us informed and involved through every step of the process. She sold the house quickly for more than our initial asking price! She then worked tireless to find us a new place to live that matched our needs. She helped us purchase the perfect condo in our preferred location but still stay within our budget!
