Raquel is the best property manager I have had. As a property owner who lives a great distance from my property I needed a manager who would be able to take care of my investment. Raquel does just that. She is very detail oriented and stays on top of everything. A simple text or phone call to keep me in the loop of what she is doing or what she might need. She always gets me the best tenants. She really does give me peace of mind knowing she is taking care of my property. I am so glad she was recommended to me. I can’t recommend her enough. Raquel Davalos, I can’t say enough good things about her! She went above and beyond for us. I am caretaker for my elderly parents and when my mother sadly passed, my father decided he wanted to sell the house and downsize.
