I absolutely love the Cohen brothers. Abraham and Donnie worked together as a team on our deal, when my wife and I were selling to buy. Donnie represented us selling our house and he did an amazing job marketing, preparing the house for sale, and hosting the open house. Abraham helped us on the other side looking for our dream house. Abraham’s experience really shined when he was able to get our offer accepted at the new house, with the contingency of our other house selling. Everything worked out perfectly and we were able to close escrow on both properties. They made the whole process very seamless. My advice to anyone who is looking for a great real estate team, call the Cohen brothers and bring your challenges. We will definitely use them for life.

We couldn't recommend the Cohen Brothers enough for the work they did to help us secure our new home. We had been going to a few house openings in the Valley but were never really looking for an agent or even considered it until we saw a few more places. We were first-time home owners and wanted to do more research as to what to "know and expect" from the home-buying experience. We've had other agents reach out to us that were too over the top or pushy and were turned off to the idea. We first met Donny at a home we were viewing and we hit it off right away. He started going over the basics of the process and was so easy going and informative. He gave us a few other listings to go look at that day and gave us his information. We felt little to no pressure to reach out to him but decided to contact him since we felt comfortable around him. He eased us into the process and started sending us listings based on our needs. We met Abraham shortly thereafter at other listings and had a great working relationship throughout the whole experience. We were happy to have a team of brothers on our end going over everything and stepping up to bat for us when interacting with sellers and their agents. They never hesitated to get back to us whenever we had questions and were always eager to make sure we were taken care of. We especially liked that they did not pressure us into making offers or pursue listings if we weren't completely sure of. Happy to say we found a house we really liked and were so glad that the Cohen's took over and negotiated the best price for us. They did a great job outlining all of the different options we had and we trusted their instincts every step of the way. The escrow process was overall an easy experience and we're happy with the decisions we made. 10/10 would recommend!

They were very conscious of what we were looking for in a home and helped us find one quickly. They were very thorough and patient with us as first time buyers and made it all a very smooth process. They are really genuine people and we truly felt they had our best interests at heart.
