I dont know where to begin, Roy and Irene were an absolute god send. I thought selling my business would be a fairly easy ordeal but was i completely wrong. From dealing with and absentee landlord to dealing with a buyer who had ever changing request Roy and Irene got it done. I didnt know how important it was to vet a buyer, i was just ready to sell it to whoever made and offer. Roy and Irene went out of their way to make sure we only presented a buyer who would have no problem qualifying and closing the deal. i also wanna mention the no BS approach they take, they are not gonna tell you one thing and then do another. If its not in the cards for you they will tell you up front. I had no idea how much went into selling a business, from evaluation to handling my ABC beer and wine license, they did it all. Once we found our buyer is when the team really shined for me, they helped me get through things ive never thought i would have to do when selling a business. Met me at all hours of the night to sign papers and countless meetings. If this is starting to sound like a love letter its because it is. They are family to me now for what they did for me. So Roy and Irene thank you guys for everything.
