Laura and Eileen Moreno were great partners for us in selling our longtime home in Los Feliz's Franklin Hills at a tricky time in a rapidly changing market. From their initial presentation and the discussion of our goals, through some fairly complex renovations, and all the way to receiving multiple offers and strategizing how to achieve the best result, they remained patient, enthusiastic, and willing to do whatever it took to understand our concerns and solve any problems that arose. Laura is a gem in the real estate world. She is one of the best agents you can work with. She is intelligent, knowledgeable and honest. I have a long history of working with her parents, George and Eileen, since the sale of my first home in 1998. I have only positive things to say about the entire family.
