La Mesa, San Diego
Ernest helped me and my fiance with the purchase of our first home. We had several requirements, (location was our biggest one!) and in a tough market where multiple offers were made and accepted within a week of a house being listed, it was very easy to feel discouraged as a potential buyer. Ernest ALWAYS made us feel valued, heard, and assured that we would find our home. He made himself available for tours and showings the same day a new listing came on the market, and either he or a member of his team would come with us to open houses on weekends. Within a month of working with him, we had an offer accepted on a house! Ernest made the entire process simple, and he was always available if we had a question. He is personable, friendly, and easy to work with. We would recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home in San Diego, and we are so grateful for everything he did to help us get into our new home!
Working with Ernest made the process of viewing and ultimately finding a home a great Experience. In a tough market he was always on top of new listings and getting us in to view them ASAP. We’re grateful to have found our home and our experience working with him was definitely 5 stars. I would highly recommend him if you are buying or selling a house in the San Diego area!
Rude, doesn't respond to basic questions but sends demands about what you need to do to rent from him. Small energy.
Pierce Co saved my but twice. When I purchased a town home in 2017, the seller tried to get an extra $5,000 out of me after he had already accepted my offer. When I refused, the seller tried to employ delay tactics so I would get frustrated and cancel the deal. Pierce & Co held firm and dealt with the seller's shenanigans, so I didn't have to. I was able to close on the property and save my $5,000. The second incident happened in 2021. We had an accepted offer on a house. Our lender gave me the unreasonable demand of wanting to review the banks statements of my employer on the day of closing. I had already given them mine. So I had to switch lenders. The seller could have cancelled the deal and kept my $10,000 deposit. Pierce & Co was able to appease the seller while I found a new lender. I closed on the property and didn't have to pay an extra $10,000.
