I have nothing but praise for Kristen and her team. My husband and I were first time home buyers and were not sure what to expect. Kristen made the process to easy and fun! In the short time that we worked with Kristen (we pretty much found our dream home the first day of viewing houses) she had gotten to know us very well and was able to clock exactly what we were looking for. In addition to her finding us the perfect home, she also had wonderful recommendations for mortgage brokers, contractors, etc. I can't stress how easy Kristen made this process for us. I was referred to Kristin and her great teammates Amanda and Chloe through another person who had a 5 star experience purchasing their own home. Kristin, Amanda, and Chloe were amazing about walking me through the home buying process as a first time home buyer. They were transparent and up-front about everything. They were also SUPER quick to respond to any communication and it felt like a collaborative experience to find the right home for me. They also made the home-buying process stress free and even fun. After some showings and two offers, I got the home that I had been looking for for just about the best price possible. The team made sure that they were quick, diligent, and professional throughout the entire process and I would 100% recommend them to anyone living in the Greater Seattle Area.
