I had three dental implants and one crown completed by Dr. Rosen and his team, and my overall experience was excellent. Dr. Rosen is exceptionally knowledgeable and experienced. His expertise and attention to detail gave me confidence throughout every stage of my treatment. I would also like to recognize Dr. Golnaz, who was incredibly patient, meticulous, and genuinely committed to ensuring I was completely satisfied with the final results. She took the time to address every concern and never rushed the process. The only area with room for improvement is the dental laboratory. Greater precision in fabricating the crowns could help achieve an ideal fit on the first attempt and reduce the need for remakes. However, I greatly appreciated that the office prioritized quality over convenience. Rather than accepting a less-than-perfect result, they reordered the crown to ensure the best possible fit and appearance. Their commitment to excellence, patient satisfaction, and high standards of care is truly commendable.
