How does one start to review a experience that has been so excellent. My journey with the Millman team started 13 years ago when I bought my 2nd home in Torrance around 2013. I was taking a chance back then as shopping around for numerous agents and housing market being in such a demand had a hard time finding a home. I found the Millman team, this was a truly a blessing in the sky as I worked with Jon and Ray Millman to buy a home in Torrance in the Gardens area. Now fast track to the present where I retired and needed to sell my home. Highly respected through many years of service in the Torrance gardens area, I decided to utilized the Millman team to sell my house. Initial consultation with Ray was phenomenal as he was truly the "Yoda" of the area and he's relestate knowledge was extraordinary. The team consisting of Ray, Jon and Thomas, was such a pleasure to work with I can not put into words. They were courteous, trustworthy, resourceful and prompt in many ways. As all know selling and buying a home could be very stressful and there are so many questions, anxiety, stressful situations and needing that someone you can count on. The Millman team answered all those needs and then some. I really can't thank them enough as home sold in record time as well as having so many offers. It was such a pleasure working with the Millman team and the trust, reliability, communication, and all round satisfaction was highest rating a person can provide. Thank you again Millman team!!!!

What a fortunate choice we made when we selected The Millman Team to sell our long-time family home in Torrance. Everything went right and nothing went wrong. Ray, Thomas, Jon, and the entire Millman Team handled every step of the process promptly and accurately, while always maintaining a friendly and professional attitude. Ray, Thomas, and Jon all went out of their way to accommodate our need to handle this sale remotely. Our initial meeting with them was in-person at the residence. But as we had to move out-of-town the next day, they handled the rest of the sales process (prepping, listing, showing, offers, counter-offers, mobile notary, and closing) without a hitch, keeping us appraised of every step by phone, text, or e-mail. Whatever stress or anxiety we may have felt before listing the house quickly disappeared once The Millman Team was involved. The house sold quickly and for more than our asking price. A recent unpleasant interaction when my current agent in Utah presented an offer (with 40% down) to seller's agent can be most charitably be described as unprofessional reminded me of 3 things: * Ray's professionalism is unmatched. * Ray's knowledge and skill are unmatched. * How remiss I have been in not getting this review out around the time of my last sale (closed last September). I have concluded 8 real estate transactions in California in the last 5 years: * 3 with Ray Millman in LA County * 2 with another realtor in Lassen County * 3 with another realtor in Shasta County The last transaction proved to be difficult as the LA market rapidly weakened. Had I put my house on the market 3 months earlier, it would have sold very quickly. Ray was very proactive at reaching out and persuading me to quickly re-price the home as to not have a stale listing. In a market that proved more and more difficult, Ray got it sold, freeing up capital that I can use to purchase a home in SLC, Utah. Ray even vetted realtors in Utah for me and I am exceptionally pleased with my current representation. Ray (and the Millman team) are simply the best. Don't bother with the rest.
