I used David Piper from Berkshire-Hathaway Home Services when selling my house in Escondido, CA in 2020. David was excellent to work with. The sale got delayed due to the pandemic and other reasons. David helped guide us through the sale patiently without being pushy. He advised us what we should focus on to get the maximum value out of the house. Since we were moving out of state we needed practical help and he arranged everything we needed help with through his network of contractors.
