Idan was a tremendous help to this first-time home seller. Through a labyrinthian landscape of seemingly never-ending real estate document requirements and pseudo-legal gobbledygook, Idan was ever helpful in that he never lost his patience with the process or his complete understanding of what the goal was. His is the ability to clarify the big picture and marshal disparate peripheral business ( with their own agendas… ) under control, remaining focused, running smoothly and never losing sight of the objective.
