Fred went above and beyond. We were moving from the east coast and Fred made the process seamless.  He took time to understand our needs and not only would he send us listings based on his understanding of these preferences, the listings would come with explanations for us to better understand the area and type of builds/models in the area we were interested in moving to.  By the time we flew into the Orange County, we were armed with a lot of information which made our weekend of showings much easier.  It should be noted, Fred and his team took the time to structure the showings in a very efficient way.  We were able to see dozens of places over the two days with both days ending relatively early so we could enjoy some downtime.  There were a few listings we were interested in.  When informing Fred of our interest, he would take the time to review the listing with us based on our needs and preferences.  A few of the earlier listings we were interested in were not a good match for us, and we were thankful for Fred in pointing these aspects out for us.  He certainly could have taken the easy way out and just have us bid on any home we were interested in, but he worked with us until we found a home that matched what we were looking for.  We without hesitation highly recommend Fred.

The Fred Macias Team helped us sell our Huntington Beach home a few months ago and we were very pleased with Fred and his team. Fred is simply fantastic! He was highly responsive, attentive to our requests, and has been a wealth of information. We worked with him nearly 5 years ago and to this day we still keep in touch and he's always willing to help (e.g. real estate information or contractor suggestions). I would give Fred 10 stars if I could.
