I cannot recommend Andréa (and Francisco) enough! 10 out of 5 stars! I just finished selling my home and purchasing a new one with Andréa. Andréa has a deep understanding of the real estate market and the home buying/selling process. She has the ability to see the "bigger picture." She was not in it for a quick and easy win; she truly had my best interests in mind from beginning to end. She is organized and thorough -- she was on top of things (document signings, deadlines, etc) at every step of the process. She has so much experience in real estate that she anticipates questions and issues before they even come up. She was an excellent communicator, both with me and my husband, as well as with the other parties in the transactions (other real estate agents, lender, etc). She is an amazing negotiator. And we had a LOT of negotiating in our deals! She helped us to be realistic about the negotiations, and also fought HARD for us. I appreciate that she "went to bat" for us many times. Not only is she incredible at her job, but to top it off, she is also a wonderfully kind person and a joy to be around! I felt like she took care of my family like we were her own family. And by the way, her partner, Francisco, is also amazing. Equally knowledgable lovely to work with. Andréa had to be out of town for a stint during our transaction, and with Francisco's guidance in her absence, there were absolutely no interruptions in the buying and selling processes. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone I know!
