Bob is the real deal! We worked with him for over 3 months to find the just the right home. He was always available, whether it was showing us houses before sunrise or answering panicky late night questions. We were first time homeowners and Bob found a way to make it a worry free experience. Not only is Bob knowledgeable but he cares.

We needed to find a realtor to help us sell my aunt's house when it became obvious she coulld no longer keep up with it because of her illness. We truly need an understanding and professional realtor who was knowledgeable about the market in our area.  Bob didn't disappoint. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.  He is an expert negotiator, a psychologist, a realist, a friend and a super-star all wrapped up in one.
